- Registration: Once you have registered your details and requirements our team will then source suitable properties for you to view.
- Viewing: At the viewing you will meet one of our team at the property where we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
- Reservation: If you would like to reserve the property we will give you an application form, and a holding deposit will be taken from you which is generally 1 weeks rent of the property in question and an administration fee. The property will then be reserved subject to references.
- Move In: Once we have confirmed your references and you have been successful with your application we will notify you to arrange a suitable move in date. On the day you potentially move in, we will accompany you to the property where we will take a schedule of condition, inventory and advise all utility providers of the changeover.
